I am a leadership development professional with a background that combines corporate experience, academia and individual support. I have worked across corporate, academic and social contexts, and today I support leaders, teams and organizations in growing with awareness, clarity and responsibility for their impact.

I am passionate about creating learning spaces where critical thinking, curiosity and reflection become drivers of meaningful change.

What is my vision of Coaching?

I understand coaching as a space for awareness, learning and transformation. It is not just about reaching goals, but about developing the ability to think more clearly, build better relationships and lead with greater discernment.

I work from an integrative approach that combines self-leadership, emotional intelligence, relational health and the development of shared leadership. I support people in taking responsibility for their impact, asking themselves the right questions and making decisions that are more aligned with their values and their context.

My professional journey spans different worlds: business, academia and social innovation.

I have worked in demanding corporate environments, in universities and business schools, and in social impact projects in countries such as Peru and India.

All these experiences have shaped the way I accompany others: with depth, rigour and humanity.

Today I put this perspective at the service of people and organisations that want to evolve without losing their sense of purpose.

I am certified in coaching by CPCC and have trained in various models of leadership, communication and relational health.

More than two decades accompanying people, teams and academic programmes underpin my practice.

Something about me?

I live close to nature. I walk, draw, read and think a lot. I believe in slow learning, in good conversations and in creating spaces where people can pause, look inward and decide with greater clarity.
